Who we are
Integrity Tech, Inc. (“Integrity Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates https://integritytech-sandy.vercel.app. This policy describes what data we collect when you visit or contact us, how we use it, and your rights to control it.
What we collect
- Contact form data. When you submit a project inquiry, we collect your name, email, company, rough budget, and message.
- Analytics. Aggregate, anonymized data about how visitors move through the site (page views, referrer, device class). We do not use cookies to fingerprint individuals.
- Server logs. Standard request metadata (IP address, user agent) used for security and abuse prevention, retained for 30 days.
How we use it
We use contact-form data only to reply to your inquiry and to scope an engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing.
We use a small set of processors to operate the site: our hosting provider (Vercel), our email provider (Resend), and our analytics provider. Each acts as a data processor under our instructions.
How long we keep it
Contact-form messages are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 24 months for tax and dispute purposes, then deleted. Server logs are deleted after 30 days. Analytics data is retained in aggregate only.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing asamuels210@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices change. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top of the page.
